Booking Terms & Conditions

Below is an overview of our standard booking terms. A full, legally binding contract will be provided and must be signed by the client upon securing a wedding date.

1. Securing Your Date

A booking is only officially confirmed once a signed contract has been received and a non-refundable retainer fee of [e.g., 20% / £50] has been paid. The remaining balance is due [e.g., 30 days] prior to the wedding date.

2. Travel Expenses

We are based in Colchester, Essex. Travel within a [e.g., 30-mile] radius is included in our package pricing. Weddings outside of this area will incur a standard travel fee, which will be clearly detailed and agreed upon in your custom quote.

3. Delivery of Content

Our signature turnaround time is 24 hours. Your raw footage library and fully edited social media films will be delivered via a private digital gallery link within 24 hours of our departure from your wedding.

4. Creative Collaboration & Professional Priority

Candidly Captured UK provides behind-the-scenes, unposed iPhone content creation. We do not replace a professional photographer or videographer. Your hired professional media team always retains 100% priority for positioning, lighting, and key shots. We work respectfully and seamlessly alongside them to ensure a cohesive environment.

5. Model Release & Social Media Use

Because we are a social-first business, the content captured on your day is utilized for marketing, portfolio building, and promotional purposes on our official social media channels and website. If you require a privacy boundary or wish for certain moments to remain confidential, this must be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the wedding day.
